What are Dashboards and what can they do for me?

Dashboards allow you to create a custom view of reports to meet your specific business needs in one central location. This allows you to quickly view this data on an ongoing basis to analyze and answer your business questions seamlessly. Learn more about Dashboards below!

Create a Dashboard

To create a new Dashboard, click Dashboards at the top of your screen, then select Create Dashboard. The Dashboard will ask for a saved search to be applied.

Numerator has outlined 12 Dashboard templates that allow you to quickly analyze common business questions. Check out these Dashboard templates and instructions for creating each.

Find an existing Dashboard

Find all existing Dashboards within My Workspace - My Dashboards. Here you can open, edit, rename, and delete existing Dashboards.

Use the Dashboard for analysis

Analyze the Dashboard quickly and easily using additional filters, sorting, adding additional widgets, and drill-down to see additional ad detail or associated product images (for attached Dynamic Summary Reports).

Pin a Dashboard to Search View

To quickly access and use your Dashboards, pin them to the Search View. They will appear to the right of the existing tabs. You can pin up to 3 existing Dashboards at a time.

You can also make a Dashboard the first view you see when you enter the site (your default view). This will allow you to get valuable insights from your Dashboards quickly and easily. Simply, pin an existing Dashboard to the Search View, then select your icon in the top right corner-settings-default view.

Make a Dashboard Subscription

You can get the insights from your Dashboard sent to your email inbox at the frequency of your choosing by creating a Subscription of your Dashboard. To do this, create a Dashboard with a Dynamic Date Range in the associated Promo Search. Then, select Subscribe to launch the Subscription creation module.
